[Jinan: A maximum of 200,000 yuan can be withdrawn from provident fund per person per house for decoration] On September 20, the Jinan Housing Provident Fund Center issued the "Notice on Carrying out the Business of Withdrawing Housing Provident Fund for Renovating Self-occupied Housing", which implements the newly revised "Housing Provident Fund Management Regulations" that stipulates that the balance of the housing provident fund account can be withdrawn from the housing provident fund account for decoration of self-occupied housing. The "Notice" clarifies two situations in which withdrawals are possible, and stipulates that the building area registered with the real estate certificate is calculated at 1,500 yuan per square meter, and the total withdrawal amount shall not exceed 200,000 yuan. The notice will be effective from September 20, 2026.
