[Caixun Shares: Signed a computing power technology service contract of no less than 1.812 billion yuan] On September 21, Caixun Shares announced that the company signed a "Computing Power Technology Service Agreement" with Company H on September 20, 2026, to provide computing power technology services to Company H. The total service fee is expected to be no less than RMB 1.812 billion (tax included). The service period of each order is 60 months from the date of service acceptance. As of the date of the announcement, the contract has met all requirements for effectiveness and is now officially in effect.
