[Exit poll: United Russia leads the vote in the Russian State Duma election] September 21st, the All-Russian Public Opinion Research Center released an exit poll on the 20th, showing that in the ninth State Duma (lower house of parliament) election, the ruling party United Russia ranked first with 49.4% of the vote.
