[Sunshine Shares: Subsidiary signed a 2.293 billion yuan server purchase agreement] On September 21, Sunshine Shares (000608.SZ) announced that the company’s controlled subsidiary Shenzhen Sunshine Jinhui Technology Co., Ltd. and Company A signed a "Product Cooperation and Sales Agreement", promising to purchase servers and supporting equipment in batches within 90 days from the date of delivery of the first batch of goods. The total amount of the agreement is not less than 2.293 billion yuan (tax included), accounting for 51.22% of the company's most recent audited total assets.
