[Orphan-type substances are included in the "Catalogue of Non-Medicinal Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances"] On September 23, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances" and the "Measures for the Control of Non-Medicinal Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances", the Ministry of Public Security, the National Health Commission and the National Medical Products Administration decided to include the entire category of orphan-type substances in the "Catalogue of Non-Medicinal Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances".
