[Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau: Take measures to issue warning letters to Xinya Processing and related personnel] On September 23, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau website released a decision on taking measures to issue warning letters to Xinya Processing (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. and related personnel. Recently, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau discovered during on-site inspections and daily supervision that New Asia Processing (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) failed to promptly disclose the major debts of its subsidiaries and the progress of the company's provision of external guarantees for the aforementioned debts of its subsidiaries, and failed to promptly disclose the major litigation disputes involving the aforementioned debts. Wang Weihua, the company’s then chairman, general manager and acting board secretary, bears primary responsibility for the above-mentioned violations. According to Article 53 of the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies" (CSRC Order No. 226), the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to take supervisory and administrative measures by issuing warning letters to the company and Wang Weihua respectively, and recorded them in the integrity files of the securities and futures markets.
