[Hebei Photosynthetic Organization Industrial Ecological Innovation Center Officially Launched] On September 23, during the 2026 China International Digital Economy Expo, relying on Photosynthetic Organization's industrial ecological aggregation and resource coordination capabilities, the Hebei Provincial Data and Government Services Bureau and Zhongke Sugon signed a strategic cooperation agreement, and the Hebei Photosynthetic Organization Industrial Ecological Innovation Center was officially launched simultaneously. Zeng Chao, deputy secretary-general of the Photosynthetic Organization, said that the center is a key provincial ecological carrier for the Photosynthetic Organization’s layout in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and will introduce national computing AI resources to empower Hebei’s industrial digital transformation.
