[Omdia: PC shipments in mainland China increased by 11% year-on-year in the second quarter to 11.4 million units] September 24th, Omdia’s latest data shows that in the second quarter of 2026, PC shipments in mainland China increased by 11% year-on-year to 11.4 million units. Among them, desktop shipments increased significantly by 42%, offsetting a 2% decline in notebook shipments, with shipments of 4.3 million units and 7.1 million units respectively. At the same time, tablet shipments in mainland China fell 13% year-on-year to 8 million units due to weak demand and ongoing supply challenges.
