Bohai Bank was warned for violating 11 relevant management regulations such as financial statistics, bank settlement accounts, collection services, bank card acquiring, network security, and data security. Its illegal gains of 85,100 yuan were confiscated and fined 5.3437 million yuan. The total fine was 5.4288 million yuan. In addition, the People's Bank of China imposed fines ranging from 10,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan on seven relevant responsible personnel of Bohai Bank. Among them, one person was fined 50,000 yuan for violating regulations on collection business management, and several others were punished for issues such as credit information collection, customer identification, and reporting of large-value transactions or suspicious transactions.
