[Yiwei Lithium Energy: Plans to transfer 45% equity of Hubei Enjie New Materials for 1.15 billion yuan] On September 24, Yiwei Lithium Energy (300014.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors reviewed and approved the resolution and agreed that the company signed an equity transfer agreement with Shanghai Enjie New Materials and Hubei Enjie New Materials. The company will transfer its 45% equity stake in Hubei Enjie New Materials to Shanghai Enjie New Materials for 1.15 billion yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company no longer holds equity in Hubei Enjie New Materials.
