In terms of business structure, the amount of offshore business process outsourcing undertaken by Chinese enterprises increased by 8.3% year-on-year. Among them, repair and maintenance services and R&D services grew rapidly, with an increase of 8.8% and 10.8% respectively. From the perspective of the international market, the United States, Hong Kong, and Singapore are the top three sources of offshore service outsourcing, accounting for 53.2% of the total offshore service outsourcing execution.
