On September 25, the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the New York Stock Exchange signed a memorandum of understanding, paving the way for cross-border cooperation between Thailand and the U.S. capital market. The two parties will establish a dual listing structure under the cooperation framework and promote product and index development.
