[Putin says there is no reason for military conflict with Europe] On September 26, Russian President Putin answered a reporter’s question in St. Petersburg and said that many people in Europe are talking about Russia’s possible attack on Europe, and therefore believe that they must be prepared for a war with Russia. Putin reiterated that Russia is not preparing for any kind of military conflict with Europe. He emphasized that no matter what the outside world said, Russia had no reason or realistic motive to do so. (CCTV International News)
