[Tongding Internet: Plans to acquire 14.2984% equity of Nanjing Heben Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. for 100 million yuan] On September 27, Tongding Internet (002491.SZ) announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Dingqi Xinyao Technology planned to acquire 14.2984% equity of Nanjing Heben Electromechanical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. directly and indirectly held by Huahao in cash, with a transaction consideration of 100 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company's direct and indirect shareholding ratio in the target company will increase from 55.00% to 69.30%.
