[Enjie Shares: Plans to acquire 45% equity of Hubei Enjie for 1.15 billion yuan] On September 27, Enjie Shares (002812.SZ) announced that the company's controlled subsidiary Shanghai Enjie and Yiwei Lithium Energy signed an equity transfer agreement and planned to acquire 45% of the equity of Hubei Enjie held by Yiwei Lithium Energy for 1.15 billion yuan. After the transaction is completed, Hubei Enjie will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
