[Defense minister says Palestinian workers will be banned from entering West Bank communities in the near future] On September 27, Israeli Defense Minister Katz announced that he had instructed the military to implement a "total blockade" of the West Bank and prohibit Palestinian workers from entering Jewish settlements in the area.
