[Russian Foreign Minister: The United States and Iran should return to the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding] September 27th, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said on September 26 that the United States and Iran had previously reached the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding, which was a fair agreement and signed by the highest-level officials of both parties. The United States and Iran should consider returning to the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding. Lavrov also said that establishing mutual trust between Arab countries and Iran is very important for resolving the crisis in the Middle East.
