September 28th, the minutes of the Bank of Japan meeting showed that many members said that core inflation has been close to 2% in the near future, and attention needs to be paid to stabilizing price growth near this level. One member said that attention must be paid to whether long-term inflation expectations will stabilize at around 2%.
