The meeting required that oil and gas companies, as the main force in ensuring natural gas supply, must adhere to bottom-line thinking, problem orientation, forward-looking planning, and take multiple measures. Upstream gas supply companies must vigorously increase reserves and production, and strengthen domestic production and supply; accelerate gas injection progress to ensure that underground gas storage tanks are full into winter and coastal LNG storage tanks are at high liquid levels; they must make detailed and practical emergency plans to ensure the bottom line of supply in their own markets.
