Later, almost all areas were classified as national security. Tourism, trade, personnel exchanges, and education were all regarded as national security issues. That would be too much. We strive to push both sides to reach a consensus on a reasonable balance point and clarify what is real national security and what is not. We have also clearly informed the governments of both parties that the definition of national security should be narrow and transparent. This is also a way to build mutual trust. So what does this mean for the world? I sincerely believe that the stability of U.S.-China relations will not only benefit the United States and China, but also bring certainty to countries around the world. Whether they are ASEAN countries, Global South countries, European countries, or Latin American countries, all countries can clearly know how to deal with the United States and China.
