[Bohai Leasing: A subsidiary of its holding subsidiary plans to sell 33 aircraft leasing assets] On September 28, Bohai Leasing (000415.SZ) announced that a subsidiary of the company's holding subsidiary Avolon planned to sell 33 aircraft leasing assets with leases to LAC Ireland1, with a market price of approximately US$1.609 billion (equivalent to approximately RMB 10.924 billion). This transaction will help optimize the company's aircraft asset structure and keep the lease fleet young. It is expected to be completed before March 31, 2027.
