[Iran asks the United States to explain why it rejected the "7-Day Plan"] September 28th, Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi expressed confusion over the United States' rejection of the "7-Day Plan" recently proposed by Iran in an interview on September 27, local time. Araghchi said that judging from the remarks of Waltz, the U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations, the United States "seems that it has not read the relevant documents" and asked the United States to give an answer as to why it rejected the "7-Day Plan." Araghchi also said that Iran is fully prepared if the war resumes. Iran recently proposed that it could "reopen the Strait of Hormuz within seven days" if conditions are met.
