[Fafa Rabbi: The debtor uses equity as a price to offset debts of 46.347 million yuan] On September 28, Kingfa Rabbi (002762.SZ) announced that the company's joint-stock company Hanfei Investment plans to use its 49% equity holdings in Zhuhai Hanfei and Zhongshan Hanfei to pay off a total of 46.347 million yuan of debt to the company, including guaranteed repayment of 25 million yuan of loan principal and interest and the principal and interest of the creditor's rights donated by the controlling shareholder. After the transaction is completed, Zhuhai Hanfei and Zhongshan Hanfei will become the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring or related transaction.
