[Zhongli De: Plans to raise no more than 530 million yuan in additional funds for embodied smart joint module and other projects] On September 28, Zhongli De (002896.SZ) announced that it plans to issue A shares to specific targets, and the total amount of funds raised will not exceed 530 million yuan. After deducting issuance costs, it plans to use it for embodied smart joint module production projects, industrial automation distributed intelligent execution unit production projects, R&D center upgrade and construction projects, and supplementary working capital.
