[Organization: Revised HBM price outlook for 2027, predicting ASP annual growth of 121%] On September 29, TrendForce’s latest research showed that demand for AI servers continues to expand, HBM and Conventional DRAM are still competing for limited advanced processes and wafer production capacity, and it will still take time to improve the yield and output of new generation products. It is estimated that memory supply will continue to be tight in 2027. While overall memory prices maintain an upward trend, suppliers have become more clear about HBM price increases in 2027. To reflect the continued tightness of overall supply, as well as the impact of the increasing proportion of high-priced HBM4 and the gradual ramp-up of HBM4e in the second half of 2027, TrendForce has revised its HBM price outlook for next year, estimating that the annual growth rate of Blended ASP will reach 121%.
