In response to an application submitted by Brazilian domestic enterprise RIMA Industrial S.A. on May 28, 2026, it launched the fourth anti-dumping sunset review investigation on magnesium ingots originating in China. The Mercosur tax numbers of the products involved are 8104.11.00 and 8104.19.00. The dumping investigation period in this case is from April 2025 to March 2026, and the damage investigation period is from April 2021 to March 2026. The announcement shall be effective from the date of issuance.
