[China Automotive Research: The controlling shareholder plans to increase its holdings of 60 million to 120 million yuan in shares] On September 29, China Automotive Research (601965.SH) announced that the company’s controlling shareholder, China Securities Regulatory Commission, plans to increase its holdings of the company’s A shares through centralized bidding through the Shanghai Stock Exchange system within 6 months from the date of the announcement of the increase plan. The total amount will not be less than 60 million yuan and no more than 120 million yuan. Before this increase in holdings, CCIC held 535 million shares of the company, accounting for 53.33% of the total share capital. There is no price range for the increase in holdings, and the source of funds is its own funds. CCIC promises not to reduce its holdings during the increase in holdings and within the legal period.
