[The founding meeting of the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Legal Consortium was held and a blue book on compliance for artificial intelligence enterprises was released] On September 29, the founding meeting and the first joint meeting of the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Legal Consortium were held at the Xuhui West Bund International Convention and Exhibition Center. At the meeting, the "Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Compliance Blue Book (2026)" compiled by the Xuhui District Justice Bureau was officially released. Although many artificial intelligence companies have abundant innovation momentum, they still face practical difficulties in grasping the boundaries of compliance and obligations. This has also become a common pain point for the stable operation of enterprises and the long-term development of the industry. The blue book breaks through the traditional departmental law format and focuses on full life cycle risk scenarios such as corpus collection, data control, product launch, intellectual property rights, and cross-border overseas expansion based on the development needs of enterprises. It organizes compliance obligations, interprets regulatory standards, and provides ready-to-use practical tools such as compliance self-test forms, checklists, and contract templates to provide enterprises with a comprehensible and useful compliance guide.
