[Tesla signed a $30 billion financing arrangement, including revolving credit and delayed draw loans] On September 30, according to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents, Tesla signed a number of financing arrangements, including a $20 billion three-year delayed draw term loan line, an $8 billion five-year revolving credit line, and a $2 billion 364-day revolving credit line. Documents show that Tesla also terminated the original revolving credit agreement. The new five-year revolving credit line allows for the issuance of letters of credit of up to $500 million, and the three-year delayed draw term loan facility expires on September 29, 2029. In addition, Tesla's revolving credit line can be increased by up to $4 billion to $14 billion.
