[Zhang Kun "reduces burden" and steps down from any product for the first time in nearly 6 years] On September 30, Zhang Kun stepped down as the fund manager of a product under management for the first time in nearly 6 years. The latest announcement from E Fund stated that due to work needs, Zhang Kun resigned from E Fund's high-quality enterprise holdings for three years and was managed by Zhang Qi alone. The last time Zhang Kun resigned from a product was in February 2021. After resigning this time, he is still managing three products, including E Fund Asia Select, E Fund Blue Chip Select, and E Fund Premium Select. Regarding this resignation, E Fund stated that the other funds managed by Zhang Kun as a fund manager will remain unchanged, and he will continue to serve as the senior managing director of E Fund and a member of the equity investment decision-making committee. Previously, the fund only hired Zhang Qi as a fund manager in mid-June this year. As a once popular fund, E Fund's three-year high-quality enterprise holding fund was established in June 2020. So far, the total product return is -26.93%, and it has also lost 24.55% during the year. The product scale has dropped to 1.49 billion yuan at the end of June this year, which has shrunk by more than 80% from the peak of 11.698 billion yuan at the end of June 2021. (Reporter Zhou Xiaoya)
