It pointed out that the economic belt along the China-Laos railway should be created. Promote the improvement and expansion of the quality and capacity of the "golden corridor" of the China-Laos railway. Implement the China-Laos Railway (Yuxi to Mohan Section) capacity improvement project. With the China-Laos railway as the main axis, we will open up bottlenecks and dead ends along the route, accelerate the construction of surrounding rail, road, water and air transport networks, and coordinate the layout of power, communications and other infrastructure. Implement port capacity expansion and efficiency enhancement actions to collaboratively improve customs clearance capabilities at Mohan, Daluo, Menglian and other ports. Accelerate the construction of the Kunming assembly center and Yuxi node city for China-Europe (Asia) trains, improve the air-rail combined transport network and logistics hub collection and distribution system, support the normal operation of the "Kunming Dry Port" and "Lanmei-Yunnan" sea-road-rail international multimodal transport trains, and cultivate international multimodal transport brands such as China, Laos and Thailand. Promote the efficient connection of the China-Laos Railway with the Chongqing-Kunming, Shanghai-Kunming, Yunnan-Guangxi and other railways, and build a major channel connecting the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle, the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and other countries in the Indo-China Peninsula via Yunnan. Build a characteristic industrial belt along the China-Laos railway. Using logistics hubs along the line as nodes, vigorously develop multimodal transport, cold chain logistics, cross-border e-commerce and other modern logistics, and promote the distribution of goods and the agglomeration of enterprises. Relying on the characteristic agriculture and biological resources of the plateau along the line, we will strengthen rubber deep processing, modern forest products industry, tea, coffee, specialty food and other industries, and cultivate special industries such as biomedicine (Dai medicine) and biomass energy. Encourage development zones along the line to make good use of the benefit-sharing mechanism, innovatively carry out cross-regional industrial coordination and cooperation, accurately undertake the transfer of eastern industries, make full use of "two markets and two resources" at home and abroad, and collaboratively create advantageous industrial clusters.
