[Zhongji InnoLight: The transfer of 10.47% of the shares of Sinopec Technology under the agreement has been completed] On September 30, Zhongji Innolight (300308.SZ) announced that the company agreed to transfer 31.3725 million shares held by Sinopec Technology’s controlling shareholders Wu Xiaoning, Ye Lu and HANWU, accounting for 10.47% of the total share capital of Sinopec Technology, and the total transfer price was 1.747 billion yuan. The company has completed the transfer registration on September 29, 2026. After this transaction, it holds a total of 10.47% of the shares of Sinopec Technology.
