[The Shanghai Futures Exchange released the "Shanghai Futures Exchange Management Measures for Actual Control Accounts (Amendment)"] On September 30, the Shanghai Futures Exchange announced that the "Shanghai Futures Exchange Management Measures for Actual Control Accounts" (Amendment) was reviewed and approved by the Shanghai Futures Exchange Board of Directors and reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It is now released and will be implemented from October 20, 2026.
