[ST Beanshen: Wholly-owned Sun Company signed the "Cloud Computing Service Agreement" Total Contract Amount Approximately US$119 Million] On September 30th, ST Doushen announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Doushen Hong Kong Co., Ltd. signed a "Cloud Computing Service Agreement" with VB customers to provide customers with GPU computing resource leasing, deployment, operation and maintenance, and delivery as cloud services. The service period is 60 months from the date the resources go online and pass the service readiness test. The total contract value is US$119 million (excluding applicable taxes), equivalent to approximately RMB 801 million.
