[China Merchants Securities: Appointment of Liu Bo as the company’s president] On September 30, China Merchants Securities (600999.SH) announced that the 38th meeting of the company’s eighth board of directors approved the appointment of Liu Bo as the company’s president. The term will be from the date of approval by the board of directors to the expiration date of the eighth board of directors. Liu Bo will no longer serve as the company’s vice president. At the same time, Liu Bo was nominated as a candidate for executive director of the eighth session of the Board of Directors. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.
