[Evergrande Property: Discussions with potential buyers are still ongoing] On September 30, according to an announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Evergrande Property stated that it was informed by the liquidator that the liquidator had received several proposals submitted by potential buyers for potential transactions. China Evergrande and CEG Holdings (together, the potential sellers) have entered into an exclusive agreement with a selected bidder (the potential buyer). Under the agreement, the potential seller and potential buyer have agreed to conduct exclusive negotiations on the potential transaction until October 27. Discussions between the potential seller and potential buyer are currently ongoing and the parties are negotiating the terms of a formal purchase and sale agreement for a potential transaction. As of now, the parties have not entered into any formal purchase and sale agreement regarding the potential transaction. The timing of the signing of any final transaction documents has not yet been determined.
