[British Maritime Security Information Agency: An oil tanker was attacked in the Strait of Hormuz] On August 31, the British Maritime Trade Action Office issued a report on August 30, local time, stating that an oil tanker was attacked by unknown projectiles while passing through the Strait of Hormuz, 12 nautical miles (approximately 22 kilometers) north of Khasab, Oman. The report said that there are currently no reports of casualties or environmental impacts. The notice advises vessels to proceed with caution in relevant waters. (CCTV News)
