On August 31, Longsys announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to issue 26.07 million H shares (subject to the exercise of the offering volume adjustment option and over-allotment option) when listed in Hong Kong. The issue price will not exceed HK$240.60 per share. Trading is expected to begin on September 8.
