From 0:00 on October 1 to 24:00 on October 3, through statistical analysis of 62,700 highway charging facilities (guns) included in the national charging facility monitoring service platform, the number of new energy vehicle charging times on national highways in the three days before the National Day holiday this year totaled 2.9686 million times, with an average of 989,500 times per day. An increase of 48.41% compared with the same period during the National Day holiday last year; the charging capacity reached 71.6193 million kWh, with a daily average of 23.8731 million kWh, an increase of 49.39% compared with the same period during the National Day holiday last year. The penetration rate of green travel during holidays continues to increase, and the trend of people using new energy vehicles for long-distance travel has become increasingly obvious. In the next few days, the National Day holiday will usher in the peak return period. The National Energy Administration will work with relevant parties to further strengthen dispatch monitoring and continue to ensure the travel of new energy vehicles during the holiday.
