On October 5th, the Agile Group Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced that the company and the Coordination Committee are close to finalizing the negotiations and text of the commercial term sheet and the restructuring support agreement setting out the restructuring terms. Thereafter, the Company and the Coordination Committee intend to issue a Reorganization Support Agreement within six weeks from the date of this announcement, subject to the progress of the internal approval process by the members of the Coordination Committee.
