More than 300 people attended the conference, including representatives from 18 African governments, enterprises, think tanks and four international organizations, as well as representatives from China's digital authorities, think tanks and enterprises. At the same time, the conference held activities such as the first meeting of the China-Africa Digital Partnership Committee, an advanced seminar on African digital development and transformation, and a China-Africa digital cooperation industry matchmaking meeting, and officially launched the China-Africa Digital Technology Cooperation Center.
