Due to improper operation by the construction workers, a flash explosion accident occurred. One person died after rescue efforts failed, two people were lost, and two people were slightly injured. After receiving the report, the Gangnan District Party Committee and District Government immediately organized emergency response, public security, maritime, fire protection, health and local town governments to rush to the scene to carry out search and rescue, treatment and aftermath treatment.
