[Yahong Pharmaceutical: Signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Theramex] On October 7, Yahong Pharmaceutical (688176.SH) announced that the company signed a conditional exclusive licensing agreement with Theramex. According to the agreement, Theramex will obtain the exclusive rights and interests of APL-1702 (trade name: CEVIRA®/CEVIRA®) in European countries, Australia, New Zealand and Türkiye. The company retains relevant interests in the rest of the world. In this transaction, Yahong Pharmaceutical will receive an upfront payment of US$15 million, recent registration milestone payments of US$11 million, as well as commercialization milestones and other payments and tiered sales commissions. The total transaction value exceeds US$250 million.
