Among them: railway passenger traffic was 21.605 million, a month-on-month increase of 2.7%, and a year-on-year increase of 11.8%; highway passenger traffic was 277.99 million, a month-on-month decrease of 0.1%, a year-on-year decrease of 2.9% (including highway commercial passenger traffic of 43.15 million, a month-on-month increase of 8.4%, a year-on-year increase of 4.5%; expressway and non-commercial passenger car trips on ordinary national and provincial highways were 234.84 million, down 1.5% month-on-month, and down 4.1% year-on-year); waterway passenger volume was 1.378 million, down 9.9% month-on-month, and up 24.1% year-on-year; civil aviation passenger volume was 2.487 million, up 1.5% month-on-month, and 0.9% year-on-year.
