The issue price was 12.01 yuan per share, and the number of shares issued was 51,264.6 million shares. After the over-allotment option was fully exercised, the total number of shares issued increased to 589,542,000 shares. The final number of strategically placed shares in this issuance was 256.323 million shares, the final number of shares issued online was 179.424 million shares, and the final number of shares issued offline was 153.795 million shares.
