The treasury bonds to be issued this time are 5-year fixed-rate interest-bearing bonds with a total face value of 150 billion yuan through competitive bidding. The coupon rate will be determined through competitive bidding. Interest will be calculated starting tomorrow (9th) and the interest will be paid annually.
