It is understood that Tianwan Nuclear Power Base plans to build 8 units. Units 1-6 have safely and stably generated more than 550 billion kilowatt hours. Unit 7 is expected to be put into commercial operation within the year. After all eight units of the Tianwan Nuclear Power Base are put into operation, the total installed capacity will exceed 9 million kilowatts, the annual power generation will exceed 70 billion kilowatt hours, and the annual carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by 57.4 million tons.
