[The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security publicly solicits opinions on the "Measures for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Workers in New Employment Forms (Draft for Comment)"] October 8th, in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers in new employment forms, clarify the rights and obligations of workers in platform enterprises, platform employment cooperatives, and new employment forms, and promote new employment forms. To promote the healthy development of the state, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the National Health Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Medical Insurance Administration, and the Cyberspace Administration of China jointly researched and drafted the "Measures for the Protection of Workers' Rights and Interests in New Employment Forms (Draft for Comment)", which is now open to the public for comments.
