["Implementation Measures for Fireworks and Firecrackers Business Licensing (Revised Draft for Comments)" Public Comments] October 8th, in order to further strengthen and standardize the work of fireworks and firecrackers business licensing, the Ministry of Emergency Management organized the revision of the "Implementation Measures for Fireworks and Firecrackers Business Licensing" and formed a revised draft for comments and drafting instructions. The public comments are now being solicited. The deadline for public comments is November 6, 2026.
