[The maritime law enforcement agencies of China and South Korea conduct joint patrols in the waters under the provisional measures of the China-South Korea Fisheries Agreement] On October 8, the China Coast Guard Shanshan set sail from Qingdao and went to the waters under the provisional measures of the China-South Korea Fisheries Agreement to carry out the 2026 joint law enforcement patrol between China and South Korea's maritime law enforcement agencies with the South Korean Infinity Flower 42 fishery guidance vessel. During the joint patrol, the two sides will conduct law enforcement and supervision of fishing vessels operating in the two countries in accordance with the China-South Korea Fisheries Agreement, and standardize the order of offshore production operations.
